Unpack everything from the archive in to your Need for Speed Most Wanted folder. You can set your custom resolution by going to scripts folder, and by opening ini file that you will find there. Simply just set ResX and ResY from 0 to resolution that you want and that is it. But this mod can find your screen resolution automatically, so.
